During the International Summit focusing “The Convention on the International Sale of Goods” carried out on March 19-20, 2014 in Curitiba, PR, Brazil, Maysa Fischer (managing partner of Fischer Law Firm) and Ingeborg Schwenzer (Prof. Dr.iur., LLM Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Basel, Switzerland, Chair of Private Law, and Director of the CISG Advisory Council being one of the main lecturers invited for that Summit) held conversation on Brazil adoption of that Convention which enforcement in the country starts up from April 1st, 2014 on and related effects on international business among Brazilian and foreign parties.
