Investing Santa Catarina, under the presidency of Maysa Fischer and by the support of a Steering Committee, has carried out Sept 28, 2022, at  Ágora Tech Park Innovation Center, the events WORKSHOP ZPE with Professor Helson Braga, and the panel LOGISTICS’ EXPANSION IN THE NORTHERN REGION OF SANTA CATARINA through the attendance of prominent entrepreneurs and investors, as well as the Secretary of Economic Development and Innovation of the Municipality of Joinville, Fernando Bade. The targets were: (i) promotion of the establishment and operation of a Free Trade Zone in the region; and (ii) expansion/modernization of the railway modal and implementation of the waterway shipping favoring a more competitive logistic flow in the import and export of goods by sea.
